Our leases are all “full-service,” so we pay for all utilities (electricity, water, sewer), property taxes, insurance, janitorial for each office suite.  The building has Google fiber optics that each tenant can subscribe to, and there is a controlled entrance monitored by video surveillance. There is plenty of off street parking. The parking is also included in the lease, so tenants do not have to pay for parking.
